    Good information. But as the article points out, it is not so easy to keep the posts coming. and if a company can’t do that, then there is no value to the blog and in fact having the blog makes the company look bad, because it was stopped and nobody cared.

    I’ve also seen companies do themselves more harm than good by putting stuff on their blog that is stupid or has a lot of spelling and grammatical errors in it. Really makes the business look awfully bad.
