  • Senior accountants with 3-5 years experience and Staff accountants with 2-3 years experience in financial statement preparation, accounts payable, accounting receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
 
  • Book keepers for full-time and book keeping assistants with 1-5 years experience in data entry(Word and Excel), general ledger, preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and payroll/sales tax.
 
  • Accounting service sales to small businesses. No accounting experience required. Base salary, commissions and residuals. 1st year potential of $40,000, 2nd year potential of $70,000.
 
  • Telemarketing positions are available. 4 and 8 hour shifts, pleasant professional environment, flex day hours, and training. $7-$10/hour plus bonuses. No selling involved, only appointment setting. Must love to be on the phone and have a clear voice/speech.
     
  • Payroll Assistant, with 1-2 years experience preferred, to assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for small business clients, review and ensure the accuracy of timesheets, and track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions. Also assist in the coordination between the payroll department and employees to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data, including preparation/distribution of detailed reports and to ensure that employee data changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis..
     
  • Payroll Specialist with 3-5 years experience with automated payroll systems(Execupay or similar) for business clients and computer experience is necessary(Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel). Excellent customer service and communications skills are required. Also needed: knowledge of State and Federal employee compliance regulations, payroll processing and tax filing, Workers; Compensation Insurance, Time & Attendence, etc. Should be able to supervise and train new hires. Looking for a team player with the ability to work effectively with multiple clients.
     
  • Accountant to prepare and finalize accounts, Payroll, sales tax & computing personal tax.  BS in Finance / Accounting with 2 years experience in accounting.
