Why Franchise?     

A franchise enables a business owner to start or improve his/her business by providing a proven business system and on-going support. The franchisor has a vested interest in the success of the franchisee. The franchisee has access to the training and experience of the franchisor which greatly assists the business owner in his/her drive for success.

Who qualifies as a Sareen Franchise candidate? 

Sareen & Associates is looking for the following qualifications:

    • A CPA who is interested in starting his/her own accounting & tax practice and who is seeking a proven system to meet the challenges of developing that new business.
    • A CPA who currently owns his/her own practice but is looking for a higher level of success.
    • A CPA who is motivated to grow with a growing business.

What will I receive when I join the Sareen & Associates system?
You will complete training at our headquarters, plus you will get pre-opening help at your own location.  You will have access to all the exclusive Sareen & Associates procedures, client marketing techniques, and support staff.  You will receive a detailed operating manual and the rights to use our trademarks, too. 

Do I need experience in accounting?
The Sareen & Associates franchise is a great opportunity for CPAs looking to become business owners.  Some experience in accounting, finance, and business management is preferable. However, we'll provide the training and tools you need to operate your own Sareen & Associates franchise. What we do expect is a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and adequate financing to purchase a franchise.

What is the initial franchise fee?
The franchise fee is $20,000.  This fee funds our pre-opening support of your operation. Your initial headquarters-based training and on-site assistance is an additional $15,000.

How much is the initial investment?
The estimated investment is estimated to be between $75,750 and $145,000. As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business. 

What is the term of the franchise agreement?
The initial term of your Sareen & Associates agreement is 5 years, with three subsequent 5-year renewal terms.

What ongoing fees are paid to Sareen Franchise Systems, LLC?
Most franchisees will be required to pay a royalty of up to 15%. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of new products and procedures, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.

Are there any advertising fees?
Franchisees will be required to spend a minimum of $1000 per year (amount adjusted annually) on local marketing, plus maintain presence in local phone directories. And, franchisees will also be required to contribute up to 5% of revenues toward a system marketing fund. Advertising funds are used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Sareen & Associates brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials.

What training will I receive?
Sareen & Associates will provide up to five days of training to you and your general manager, plus three days of specialized marketing training for your marketing staff.  Plus, we'll provide onsite assistance as you initiate operations. 

What about ongoing support?
We will provide ongoing support services to you by phone, email, and periodic on-site visits to your location.  Plus, we regularly update our operations manual with new procedures and other information designed to improve operations for all franchisees.

What if I can't handle all the work I get?
Sareen & Associates Private Limited based out of New Delhi, India has been working with Sareen & Associates since 2001 in processing general ledger work and bank reconciliations at peak time (tax season) and on an ongoing basis.

What if I can't find enough work?
Sareen & Associates has grown annually since 1993 as a result of a tried and tested marketing system. Our support staff will work with you to make your success a reality. We want you to succeed and our support is there for you.
