FRANCHISE - TRAINING & SUPPORT

New franchisees will attend an in-depth 5 day training program at the Sareen Franchise Systems corporate office. Class sessions will be taught by Sareen staff members and marketing experts(NCI) who have had extensive experience in field offices. Training topics will include:

• Office operations, staffing and management

• Introduction to our services

• Accounting & Bookkeeping operations

• Payroll operations

• Tax preparation operations

• Client acquisition & retention program

• Support system

Completion of the training program will ensure an educated and well-prepared franchisee is ready to open his/her own Sareen & Associates office.

Training does not end with the completion of the Sareen Training Program. Assistance in the form of our support system will continue throughout your franchise relationship, to guide you as you open your doors and grow your successful business. A Sareen representative will assist your office opening and provide on-site support to assist you as you launch your client acquisition and marketing program.
